Who We Are Owner and principal Lyric Turner was working as a DC real estate agent when she saw the need for a unique service that would positively transform properties to improve their listing potential. Drawing on her expertise in real estate, marketing, and project management, and with her passion for interior design, Lyric launched Red House Staging in 2005 to help owners and agents highlight every property’s best attributes. Red House’s services had the immediate effect of selling properties more quickly and oftentimes for more money. The team of talented and experienced professionals at Red House Staging consistently meets clients’ needs and exceeds expectations even as the high demand for Red House’s services continues to increase. At the helm is Red House's Project Manager and Lead Stager, Tracy Griffin. Tracy officially joined Red House Staging in January of 2008, straight off the set of HGTV's hit series Get It Sold (hosted by Sabrina Soto). Tracy was the creative force behind the pilot, and she was also the Behind-the-Scenes Designer, Set Dresser, and Production Coordinator who helped make Get It Sold one of HGTV’s top-rated shows. Prior to working with HGTV, Tracy ran a successful staging business in Virginia. Both Lyric and Tracy are Accredited Staging ProfessionalsTM, and they are each members of The International Association of Home Staging Professionals and the Real Estate Staging Association.
